A discussion with conservative commentator Max Boot on his new book, The Corrosion of Conservatism: Why I Left the Right.

Warning that the Trump presidency presages America’s decline, the political commentator recounts his extraordinary journey from lifelong Republican to vehement Trump opponent. The Corrosion of Conservatism presents an urgent defense of American democracy. Boot will discuss his observations on shifts in U.S. foreign policy, international reactions to President Trump’s foreign policy, and the potential for bipartisan solutions to the challenges that rest outside U.S. borders. There will be a book signing following the discussion.
