Mentorship & Coaching
Fellows will participate in regular check-ins with their supervisors, as well as meetings with other staff. During these times, we will assess areas for your growth and support to ensure a productive and enjoyable program experience for you. We also provide a modest fund for you to take staff out to coffee to learn more about their career trajectories and build new professional relationships. Your social and professional growth is important to us!
Access to Pacific Council Events
We are thrilled to offer event access to our Fellows over the course of the term. You can see the types of events we hold here. Fellows will also get access to our large-scale events including Member's Weekend and Mayor's Forum.
The Junior Fellows program is unpaid.
