Mr. Kassa previously spent eight and a half years in charge of the UNDP humanitarian office. In 2001, he represented the United Nations with Mr. Koffi Annan and seven other UN representatives during the Nobel Prize ceremony in recognition of his actions in the DRC in 1995 to 2001. Read more.
