Mr. Chapman served as Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Brasilia from 2011-2014. Prior to serving in Brazil, he served as Senior Diplomatic Coordinator for Economic Affairs in Kabul, Afghanistan, from 2010 to 2011. Read more.

Mr. Wolff is an American diplomat who served as the US Ambassador to Chile from 2010 to 2013. Prior to serving in Chile, Amb. Wolff was the acting U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations. Read more.
