In the fourth installment of the Pacific Council’s 2019 Summer Teleconference Series, Robert English, associate professor of international relations, Slavic languages and literature, and environmental studies at the University of Southern California, moderated a discussion on Crimea. The teleconference featured Sarah Bidgood, director of the Eurasia Nonproliferation Program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and Katie Stallard-Blanchette, fellow of the Wilson Center’s Asia Program and History and Public Policy Program.
