A breakfast roundtable discussion with Mr. Michael Shifter, President of the Inter-American Dialogue, on Wednesday, April 22 in downtown Los Angeles. The conversation was moderated by Amb. Vilma Martinez, Pacific Council Board Member and U.S. Ambassador to Argentina (2009-2013).
