The Pacific Council announces a leadership transition as Dr. Duncan Wood stepped down from his role as President and CEO on February 18. 2025. During this time, we are pleased to welcome back Dr. Jerrold D. Green as our Interim President and CEO.
The Board of Directors of the Pacific Council on International Policy is pleased to announce the appointment of Arthur J. Ochoa, Esq. as the organization’s next Board Co-Chair. Effective January 1, 2025, Mr. Ochoa succeeded Richard B. Goetz, who has served in the role since 2020. Mr. Ochoa joined Rob Lovelace to lead the Board in furthering the Pacific Council’s mission of advancing global policy engagement in Los Angeles.
