
Brian Chase is a global public affairs strategist with more than twenty years of experience advising organizations operating at the intersection of water, energy, and telecommunications. He has supported companies on regulatory, geopolitical, and market-entry issues across California, Europe, and the Middle East.
In addition to his work, Brian holds several leadership roles in cultural and civic institutions. For the better part of a decade, he has served as the Chairman of the Library Committee of the California Club in Los Angeles and Secretary of the California Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums. He is also the Chairman of the Belvedere–Tiburon Joint Recreation Committee in Marin County and Program Director of the Sacramento Seminar in San Francisco.
Brian earned a Master of Public Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security and Public Policy from the University of Southern California, where he also received a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, Management, and Planning with an Academic Minor in Cinema-Television.
