Brian R. Moore is a Sanctions Compliance Officer at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Brian specializes in Chinese foreign policy, North Korea, illicit finance, financial warfare, and U.S. policy in East Asia. He has lived in China and South Korea and speaks fluent Mandarin. Brian holds an M.A. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and a B.A. in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is also a Malibu native.
