Having recently returned to Los Angeles in 2025, Aimee has over 20 years of experience in Washington DC and abroad in the field of foreign assistance focusing primarily on conflict and post-conflict countries working with local stakeholders on local governance. Most recently she was with USAID’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG). Prior to work directly for USAID, she managed the operations of $20M - $500M projects with a variety of international donors including OTI, DFID (UK), FFO (Germany), The World Bank, and UN. She has extensive experience in compliance, counter-insurgency, institutional development, financial management, strategic planning, and workforce development. Geographically, she's worked in West Africa, East Africa, MENA, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe. Holding both a Masters in International Conflict Resolution and a Masters of Business Administration from American University, she's currently exploring senior-level roles in mission driven organizations and sectors.
