Adam is a Vice President at Interlock Equity, a Los Angeles based private equity firm, where he focuses on investments in the healthcare and business services sectors. His responsibilities involve all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, transaction structuring, due diligence, underwriting, and enabling the growth of Interlock portfolio companies.

Prior to Interlock, Adam was a Vice President at Shore Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. At Shore, Adam focused on founder-owned investments in the healthcare industry.

Adam holds a B.A. in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Adam is a native of Detroit and a dual citizen of the United States and Algeria.
