Neal Caldwell is a security and foreign policy analyst. He previously served as a graduate
teaching assistant in political science at the University of Utah and as Program Manager for the
Forum on Asia-Pacific Security at the National Committee on American Foreign Policy, where
he managed Track II dialogues and public programming on regional security issues with scholars
and officials from around the globe. He is a member of the National Committee on U.S.-China
Relations, a Korea Society Kim Koo Fellow (2022), and a Pacific Forum Young Leader. He
holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from New York University.
