Jyot Bawa is the President and co-owner of L.A. Gauge Company, an advanced manufacturing firm in Los Angeles that produces ultra-precision components for defense, space, and nuclear programs. He has led the organization’s transformation—returning it to financial strength and expanding its capabilities. Jyot also invests in early-stage energy and defense companies as part of his broader commitment to sustainable industrial capacity in the United States.
Earlier in his career, Jyot was a consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco and Amsterdam, where he advised multinational technology firms. His work across global markets and cultures continues to shape his perspective on the role of business and innovation in international policy.
In the civic arena, Jyot serves on the board of the Truman Center for National Policy and was a founding board member of Empower Work. He also founded New Leaders Council Los Angeles, focused on developing emerging civic leaders. In addition to his professional and nonprofit work, he moderates multiple monthly CEO forums that foster dialogue and community among leaders in California.
Jyot holds degrees in Political Science and Industrial Engineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in Beverly Hills with his fiancee, Adrienne, and their two dogs.
