
Giorgiana Martínezgarnelo y Calvo is the General Director of the Global Youth Leadership Forum (GYLF), the main forum for international and intergenerational debate, promoted by different international organizations, governments and companies, in which young leaders, under 40 years old, debate with global figures (Presidents, Ministers, Former Presidents, CEOs of large companies, academics, experts and representatives of different countries), on the main challenges that the International Community will face in the coming years.
She is a Member of different International Institutions where she has represented Mexico, such as the Business 20 (B-20), the G-20 economic and business community in Germany, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Italy, in this latest edition she was chosen to be part of The Special Initiative on Women Empowerment, and in 2022 in Indonesia, she was chosen to participate in the Women in Business Action Council initiative, Brazil and South Africa (representing Spain) where she makes recommendations with a cross-cutting approach to gender equality on employment, education and entrepreneurship for women of the 20 major world economies; and Civil 20 (C-20), the G-20 civil society community in Japan and Saudi Arabia. She is a member of the Mexican Council of International Affairs (COMEXI) in Mexico, as well as a member of The Climate Reality Project, (Climate Reality Leadership Corps), an organization against climate change directed by the Nobel Peace Prize winner, Al Gore. She is also a member of the Mexican Association of Women Heads of Companies A.C. (AMMJE Mexico City), where she brings her international vision to women entrepreneurs in Mexico.
