Mark Prince serves as a Principal on Amazon's International Public Policy team, where he builds global partnerships and leads engagement with international organizations. He is based in Los Angeles, California.

Before joining Amazon, Mark led the UK government's Digital Trade, Telecommunications, and Creative Industries division as a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiator and senior negotiation team member. During this role, Mark was also appointed as a Policy Fellow at Cambridge University's Centre for Science and Policy (CSaP), focused on the digital economy and technological change.

Mark’s earlier career included roles in corporate finance and capital markets within HSBC Group's investment banking division. He also founded an e-commerce consumer products company, combining entrepreneurial skills with customer-focused product development.

Mark holds a Master of Science in China and Globalization from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Economics from Bristol University.
