With in-depth knowledge of Syria’s humanitarian and reconstruction landscape and foundational Arabic language skills, Jennifer has built a career advancing locally led solutions in fragile and conflict-affected environments. Recognized for her collaborative leadership and strategic, solutions-oriented approach, she has partnered with governments, international organizations, donors, and civil society to address complex global challenges while strengthening institutional effectiveness.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has secured more than $45 million in funding, directed teams of over 100 staff, and overseen large-scale education and development programs across multiple countries. Her expertise includes strategic planning, operational leadership, resource mobilization, talent development, and building cross-sector partnerships that drive sustainable impact.
