Representation of lenders, sponsors and developers in international and domestic project financing and real estate transactions in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and the Caribbean. My work has included the representation of development finance institutions and other lenders, sponsors and developers in transactions in Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, Chile, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey and Nigeria, with transactions in various industries, including renewable energy (wind and solar), oil and gas, telecommunications, hotels and impact investing throughout Africa.
