Jasmine leads membership and engagement for the Pacific Council, where she oversees aglobal network of leaders across policy, business, and civic sectors. She drives recruitment initiatives that expands our international network, strengthens community engagement, and integrates equity-focused practices to build inclusive pathways within the organization

Jasmine is a mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience at the intersection of public service, arts and cultural programming, and international policy. She has designed, led, and scaled initiatives that center community and impact, such as the AMPLIFY Fellowship, an equity-driven professional development program focused on supporting underrepresented voices in foreign affairs.

Jasmine previously worked for the City of LA’s Department of Cultural Affairs, delivering culturally responsive, public art programs for local communities, and the grammy-award winning LA Children’s Chorus, where she oversaw rehearsal and performance operations for 400+ youth choir singers, fostering arts access through music education.

Jasmine holds a B.A. in Art History and Communications from UC Riverside and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Social Entrepreneurship at USC’s Marshall School of Business. She loves reading books by Asian American female authors, traveling solo to international destinations, and is a proud Tita Ninang (“Auntie Godmother”) to her two nieces, Chloe Wren (6) and Juliet Rose (3).
