Jasmine Regala is the Director of Membership for the Pacific Council on International Policy, where she works to incorporate social impact and equity-focused practices throughout the organization. She hopes to cultivate a more diverse community of global thought leaders and establish deeper levels of accessibility across the entire membership experience.

Jasmine also designed and launched the AMPLIFY Fellowship, a professional leadership development program that provides access and opportunity to traditionally underrepresented voices in foreign affairs. More information about AMPLIFY can be viewed HERE.

Prior to joining the Pacific Council, Jasmine worked for the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Cultural Affairs, creating public art and cultural experiences across LA, such as Kent Yoshimura’s “The Song She Sing’s” mural, the Van Nuys Arts Festival, and the Little Armenia Gateway

Jasmine also spent the earlier part of her career working for the grammy-award winning Los Angeles Children’s Chorus, where she managed rehearsals, performances, regional choral exchanges and international tours for over 400 choristers across seven different ensembles.

Jasmine received her B.A. in Art History and Communications from the University of California, Riverside. She is currently a member of the American Women for International Understanding (AWIU) and USC’s Asian Pacific Islander Faculty and Staff Association (APIFSA). She completed fellowships with CORO Southern California Lead LA (2020-2021) and the Arts for LA ACTIVATE Cultural Policy program (2016). She has served on grant panels for the National Endowment for the Arts, the California Arts Council, and was an adjudicator for the Jerry Herman Awards.

Jasmine is a proud Tita Ninang (“Auntie Godmother”) to her two nieces, Chloe Wren (3 years) and Juliet Rose (4 months).
