Joseph A. Brandifino leads policy strategy at Scale Al. Previously, he was director of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and innovation policy and director of security and intelligence at Netflix and vice president of security at Ivuno. Mr. Brandifino was also an operations officer at the CIA. He has held fellowships on disinformation and technology policy and served with the Council on Foreign Relations, Truman National Security Project, and Middle East Institute. Mr. Brandifino completed graduate studies at Harvard University, the University of Oxford, and Yale University; studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science; and holds a BA in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
