Asaad Alnajjar is a Professional Civil Engineer working the past 29 years for the City of Los Angeles on various multi-million dollar design build transportation projects to address the increasing traffic demand and public transit.

Mr. Alnajjar projects also involved the installation of multi level Solar products and Green Energy solutions. In addition, Mr. Alnajjar is experienced in the complex analysis of all cellular frequency spectrum, antenna & towers designs for cellular carriers, interference analysis of electronic waves in the air effecting wireless operations with multiple white papers and research that have been adopted globally.

Mr. Alnajjar is recipient of multiple Awards of Excellence Commendations - City of Los Angeles & MTA, multiple international IT Awards and recognition for Wireless Communication and Innovation and many other engineering excellence awards.

Mr. Alnajjar is involved within the ITU to develop communications regulations and to implement mobile systems with next generation data applications. Work includes the field of the new USA & global communications channel of the future through e164.
