Sports Diplomacy & Fencing with Olympian Tarek Ayad
July 30, 2023
10:00am to 12:00pm

Elite Fencing Club

In continued efforts of our sports diplomacy series, the Pacific Council is pleased to announce a family-friendly fencing clinic hosted by Olympian Tarek Ayad, an Egyptian foil fencer who participated in the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympics. This unique event will include an introductory fencing clinic hosted by the Olympian himself, Tarek, for registered Pacific Council members and their families.

The Pacific Council has also invited Olympic athletes to share their personal stories on sports diplomacy. This continues our new partnership with the United States Olympians and Paralympians Association leading up to the LA 2028 games and builds off our MMXXIII Gala.

Join us (with your families!) at the Elite Fencing Club to hear stories from Olympians and Paralympians about their sports diplomacy experiences and participate in a fun fencing how-to! Members are encouraged to bring their families - immediate family members welcomed (up to a total of 5 in your party). Participants should be 5 years and older.

Featuring:
