The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation is hosting its annual Hilton Humanitarian Symposium and Prize Ceremony on Thursday, October 26 in Los Angeles at the Skirball Cultural Center. This year's symposium theme is Roots of Resilience, and esteemed speakers will touch on various topics including indigenous-led climate change action, ending global hunger, funding a healthier world, black feminist movements as catalysts of change, and more. Soledad O'Brien will emcee the event and there will be a special musical performance by Lokua Kanza. The nonprofit being honored during the Prize Ceremony will be announced in early September.
