
Zoe Kreitenberg is an attorney specializing in litigation, constitutional law, national security, and democracy initiatives. She is a West Point graduate and former Army captain with expertise in space operations and air and missile defense. She led platoons on two overseas tours and commanded a battery at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
Zoe graduated from Yale Law School and clerks for Judge Gabriel Sanchez on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is an alumnus of the Yale Brady Johnson Grand Strategy Program and worked on legal issues with the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of State. Zoe was a Liman Fellow at the ACLU of Massachusetts in 2024 and 2025, where she facilitated civic education efforts and litigated civil rights and free speech cases in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
