Wendy Phillips is a geologist whose professional experience includes forty years in management of natural resources. Since retirement from the CA Regional Water Quality Control Board, LA Region, she has been an active volunteer, serving on the board of the CA Urban Water Conservation Council (2011 to 2016). She is now part of the City of Manhattan Beach's CERT (Community Emergency Response Team).
