Tim Ridout is a Pacific Council member and an officer in the U.S. Navy.
 

He was a program manager at the Brazil-U.S. Business Council at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from 2011 to 2012, a fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States from 2013 to 2017, and a program officer at the Center for International Private Enterprise from 2017 to 2019, all in Washington, DC. He was an essential worker at an Amazon Fresh warehouse in Boston during the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020 through 2021.
