Name:
Saida Safiullina

I am a finance professional and law student with an international background spanning Russia, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom. Originally from Russia, I moved to the United States ten years ago to pursue my higher education and have since built my academic and professional career in the U.S.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in finance and have professional experience in private wealth management and private equity. I am currently completing my final semester of law school and plan to build a legal career that draws on my background in finance and growing interest in immigration and international matters.
My interest in international affairs began early. As a teenager, I was selected to serve as a Russian-English interpreter for a United Kingdom delegation during the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, Russia. The experience introduced me to the value of cross-cultural exchange and sparked a lasting interest in engaging with people, perspectives, and ideas beyond my own country.

Having lived and studied in four countries, I have experienced firsthand how culture, law, economics, and international developments shape people’s lives and opportunities. With my family continuing to live abroad, staying engaged with global affairs is both personally meaningful and increasingly relevant to my future legal career.
