Rohit Palekar serves as Chief Operating Officer of JustFab, a leading digital fashion retailer in California, and as a management team member of MMT Group, a consumer retail company based in China. In these roles, he oversees operational strategy and execution across teams in the US and Asia. Prior to his current positions, Palekar held management roles at TechStyle Fashion Group and at Marquee Brands, where he contributed to strategic initiatives and growth of the company's global consumer brands portfolio.

Palekar began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy and operational improvement. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
