Richard Welch was Managing Director, Head of Healthcare at DigitalBridge until February 2022.

Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2005, Mr. Welch was a vice president in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. focusing on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings for companies in the real estate, retail, consumer product, and defense industries.

Mr. Welch received a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (license inactive).
