As Associate Director of Programs at the Pacific Council on International Policy, Krista leads the development and execution of strategic programming that advances the Council’s mission to foster informed dialogue on global affairs. She oversees the design and implementation of events, international delegations, and special initiatives, working closely with thought leaders, policymakers, and subject-matter experts to create engaging experiences for members. Krista collaborates across communications and membership teams to ensure programs maximize impact, while also mentoring the Council’s Junior Fellows and supporting the next generation of global leaders.

Before joining the Pacific Council, Krista served as Programs Director at the Los Angeles World Affairs Council and previously as Programs Manager at the World Affairs Council of Orange County. She has led the planning and execution of diverse programs ranging from high-level policy discussions and diplomatic briefings to community engagement initiatives and international affairs forums. Her work has connected academics, policymakers, nonprofit leaders, diplomats, and members of the Consular Corps to foster dialogue on critical global issues. Krista holds a B.A. in International Relations from San Francisco State University and an M.A. in Diplomacy from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.

Krista has travelled to 15 countries and has lived for two years in the United Kingdom. Krista enjoys playing soccer, disc golfing with her fiancee, and reading. She has two cats, Zuko and Vanilla Ice.
