Julian Soule was the founder and CEO of Virtual Sonics, now Omnivations (www.Omnivations.com), and is a BAFTA-winning composer, technologist, and global innovation leader whose work spans defense, artificial intelligence, spatial computing, and international business strategy. His early career in music and sound design contributed to iconic intellectual properties such as Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Star Trek, and his virtual instrument innovations have supported more than 72 million game-unit and album sales worldwide, generating over $5 billion in gross revenue.
As CEO, Soule leads the development of advanced AI platforms, multi-INT digital twin systems, high-performance computing initiatives, and next-generation spatial audio technologies. He oversees international collaborations with, Sony, Safran, and partners across North America, Europe, India, and the Middle East. He also founded G-Com High-Performance Computing Inc. in Canada to advance sovereign R&D, synthetic data generation, and AI-driven ISR innovation for allied defense organizations.
Soule is actively preparing to attend the Pardee RAND Graduate School in the coming season and regularly engages with senior officials across government and industry. He is a member of the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA), a global standards body developing open protocols to ensure media integrity, digital provenance, and responsible AI attribution. His cross-disciplinary experience at the intersection of technology, geopolitics, and culture positions him uniquely to support the Pacific Council’s mission of advancing thoughtful, internationally engaged leadership.
