Jennifer Price-Letscher is President & CEO of The Ralph M. Parsons Foundation, which improves the quality of life for all in Los Angeles County through grants and initiatives that advance community well-being. Placing a special emphasis on direct services for children, families, transition-age youth, and people facing the greatest barriers to opportunity, the Foundation advances well-being through a constellation of activities promoting civic and cultural vitality, economic stability, access to high-quality education and health care, and neighborhood safety and resilience.

Jennifer joined the Foundation in 2011, bringing a broad range of nonprofit and philanthropic experiences, including leadership and capacity-building roles at the Sterling and Whitecap foundations, and various positions in the arts, education, the environment, and youth development. She holds an MS in positive organizational development and change management from Case Western Reserve’s Weatherhead School of Management, a BA from University of Oregon, and professional certifications in Appreciative Inquiry, sustainability, coaching, and college counseling. Jennifer is the former chair of Hill & Dale Family Learning Center and vice chair of the Westside Neighborhood School, and currently sits on the boards of SEED School LA and Southern California Grantmakers. She also serves as an advisory committee member and/or managing funder for the LA County Center for Strategic Partnerships, East West Players, the Nonprofit Sustainability Initiative, and the Sustained Collaboration Network. She sits on the LA County Arts Commission as a Supervisor Barger appointee and was a 2017 Council on Foundations Career Pathways Fellow.
