
Jeff Le is Managing Principal for 100 Mile Strategies, a tech and public sector navigation consultancy. Jeff has been a Washington Head of Office for multiple emerging tech companies, including SecurityScorecard, a supply chain risk and cyber company; Conduent, a public sector financial services, healthcare, and transportation company; and Rhino, a fintech startup working to lower the barrier to access to stable housing. He was previously U.S. State and Local Public Policy Lead for VMware, leading the company's policy work in 50 states and Canada.
Le served previously as Deputy Cabinet Secretary for California Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. overseeing cabinet affairs and as his Deputy Director for External and International Affairs where he interfaced with domestic stakeholders and convenes foreign dignitaries on behalf of the state. Before his state service, he was Senior Manager for Development and Communications at Global Rights, an international human rights organization.
From 2010-2011, Jeff worked with communities across 17 Afghan provinces as a Manager at International Relief and Development. Jeff has also worked at the State Department, the U.S. House of Representatives, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the United Nations, The Carter Center, the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, and has been an international election observer in 10 countries.
Jeff received his BAs in Political Science and History from the University of California, San Diego and his MA in Political Science as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar at Central European University in Budapest. Jeff is a Visiting Fellow with George Mason University's National Security Institute and has taken part in leadership programs in Japan, Spain, Italy, Canada, the UK, Israel, Germany, NATO, and the European Union. Jeff has completed four 100-mile running races.
