Elissa is a Grants and Contracts Officer in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at California State University, Fullerton, where she guides faculty through grant proposal submissions and negotiates grant contracts. She previously worked for Charities Aid Foundation America, consulting U.S. donors on U.S. and international regulations to support their grantmaking and philanthropic goals. Elissa also taught English for two years at an elementary school in Seoul, South Korea. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University, a Master’s in International Security from the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals, and a Master of Laws in International Law & Security from the University of Glasgow.
