Arthur J. Ochoa is a healthcare executive, attorney, and governance leader with deep expertise in institutional strategy, fiduciary oversight, philanthropy, and community impact. As Senior Vice President of Advancement and Chief Advancement Officer at Cedars-Sinai, he oversees transformative initiatives spanning development, community engagement, and access to care.

Ochoa is currently board co-chair of the Pacific Council on International Policy, and he serves on the boards of private foundations and public charities. Previously he has served as board chair of organizations including a historically black graduate institution, independent elementary and secondary schools, a health care provider and an internationally-scaled advocacy and membership organization.

Ochoa's legal training and executive experience equip him to navigate complex regulatory environments, manage institutional risk and drive stakeholder alignment at the highest levels. He is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has served as a non-resident fellow of the Yale Law School Tsai Leadership Program.

A sought-after voice on leadership, governance, philanthropy and social responsibility, Ochoa holds a BA in History, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Southern California and a JD from Yale Law School.
