Mr.
Name:
Adil Minocherhomjee
Santa Monica, CA
United States

Adil Minocherhomjee is a technology strategist and graduate student in RAND’s Master of Technology Policy program. His work centers on trust as infrastructure: how people build, lose, and restore the trust that makes cooperation possible. His interests span AI, social cohesion, and national security, with one question running through them: how can people who do not fully agree learn to trust one another enough to cooperate?

He is developing an independent research project exploring whether AI can help people form durable human relationships. Its guiding test is whether people continue choosing one another 90 days after AI assistance ends. He wants to understand how these relationships develop, when they bridge social differences, and what they might contribute to a society’s resilience against polarization and manipulation.

Adil brings more than a decade of experience in consulting and product management, including six years at Accenture and roles in financial services and technology. His strength is translating between technical teams, institutional leaders, and the people affected by their decisions. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BS in Business and MS in Information Systems from Indiana University.

A Parsi Zoroastrian priest, husband, and father of two, he lives in Santa Monica. His writing explores what religious traditions can offer contemporary life, especially questions of truth, responsibility, and community. He draws on both technical practice and the experience of belonging to a small global diaspora, where relationships cross borders and generations.

Through the Pacific Council, he hopes to meet people willing to turn difficult questions into practical work. He welcomes collaboration on applied research, field experiments, and product or policy strategy that strengthens human agency and trust. He is particularly drawn to teams that combine intellectual honesty with the patience to build institutions and relationships that last.
