Lucas Thoma is a Military Intelligence officer, analyst, and aspiring policy advisor. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman in 2020, he was a Foreign Disclosure Officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency facilitating information sharing between the DoD and international partners. He previously served in a wide array of assignments. Notably, Lucas was a project manager and senior intelligence analyst with US Cyber Command, US Indo-Pacific Command, and the NATO Mission in Kosovo. He is currently the Operations Officer for the 171st Cyber Protection Team.

Lucas’ academic work focuses on 21st century geopolitics; specifically issues of strategy and great power competition. He holds an MA in International Security Studies from the University of Arizona and BA in History for Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife, Kate. They’re both die hard foodies.
