Jen is an executive coach, yoga instructor, gender specialist, and international humanitarian aid worker with experience across the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Africa. Her people-centered work seeks to bridge people and places to optimize change pathways geared to breakdown taboos, accelerate justice, and fight inequality. She most recently worked with refugee-serving NGOs in South Africa and Egypt and with international women's rights organization Equality Now as their anti-sex trafficking Asia lead. She has lived, worked, and traveled across 4 continents and 45 countries and accumulated countless stories of courage, resilience, and creativity.
Her vision is a world beyond equality, where there is not just equal opportunity, but equal access to opportunity. Her strategy is to radically scale my impact through partnering powerfully with visionaries, creatives, and leaders to create a world we all want to live in. She is particularly passionate about creating change for women and refugees, who are disproportionately disadvantaged by most societies.
Jen is a Yenching Scholar, an alumna of IUP-Tsinghua, and sits on the board of Beijing-based social impact organization Purpose in Motion. She is also a mentor for Nigeria-based social enterprise Inspire for Greatness. Jen speaks Chinese, Spanish, and English.
